Here you can see all the markings for the heights to attach the hoops at, which is a bit of a shame, but hey - no one'll ever really have cause to look at it and criticise it for being a Victorian garment with red glitter pen on if they're behaving authentically, will they? You'll never catch a glimpse of it!
